Department Overview

The In-Home Services division oversees all field operations, managing thousands of technicians across nearly 100 locations nationwide. We are committed to fostering a collaborative environment where employees manage inventory, fleet operations, and performance metrics, making IHS the key link connecting our customers to the finest products and services available.


Key Responsibilities

This role presents an exciting opportunity to autonomously manage a multifaceted business while paving the way for advancement into senior-level leadership positions across multiple sites. As the principal site leader, the Operations Manager is accountable for the overall effectiveness of the facility, guiding employee activities to meet performance objectives. As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing facility operations while mentoring and directing managers and service technicians.

  • Guiding employee activities, which may involve direct support in the field, to meet location performance targets.
  • Developing a high-performance team to ensure superior quality and service in all daily operations.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and leveraging financial insights to enhance performance.
  • Inspiring and engaging all employees in new business initiatives and strategies.
  • Implementing programs and practices that ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Establishing and nurturing strategic business relationships within the market, region, and organization.

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is strongly preferred, along with 2 years of management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Adaptability, creativity, and the ability to manage staff, responsibilities, and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-sensitive environment.
  • Proficient in effectively responding to and engaging with staff at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation ranges from $83,950.00 to $119,900.00 annually.

The base salary range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation may vary based on qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is influenced by the role's location and may change based on work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
