Department Overview

The In-Home Services division is at the forefront of our field operations, overseeing thousands of technicians across nearly 100 locations nationwide. We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative and committed workforce that manages inventory, fleet operations, and performance metrics. The IHS team is pivotal in connecting our customers with the finest products and services available in the industry.

Role Responsibilities

This position presents an exceptional opportunity to independently oversee a multifaceted business while paving the way for advancement into senior-level leadership roles across multiple sites. As the primary leader at the site, the Field Operations Leader is accountable for the overall success of the facility, guiding employee efforts to meet performance objectives. As a Field Operations Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing employee activities, which may involve direct, hands-on guidance in the field to meet location performance targets.
  • Building and nurturing a high-performance team to ensure superior quality and service in all daily operations.
  • Collaborating with senior management and leveraging financial insights to enhance performance outcomes.
  • Generating enthusiasm and engaging all staff in new business initiatives and strategies.
  • Developing programs and practices that foster high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic business relationships within the market, region, and organization.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is strongly preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
