As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is strongly preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation ranges from $83,950.00 to $119,900.00 annually.
