The Facilities Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and repair of both the interior and exterior environments across various company locations, adhering to the organization's standards for quality, cleanliness, customer satisfaction, safety, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the corporate office, storage areas, and retail locations to a high standard.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning carpets and floors, and other essential duties.
  • Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, office furnishings, and fixtures.
  • Engage in the preventative maintenance program to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Notify the Operations Manager of any significant repair requirements.
  • Support warehouse operations during downtime from maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant repair experience is preferred.
  • Availability for flexible work hours is essential.
  • Basic understanding of plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, or general repair skills is necessary.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 140 pounds with assistance.
  • Physical stamina to perform a variety of tasks throughout the day.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities are required.
