Job Summary

The Maintenance Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of International Shoppes' various locations. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, carpet/floor cleaning, and caulking, to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Conduct minor adjustments on HVAC systems, office furniture, fixtures, and other items in the warehouse, offices, or stores.
  • Participate in the company's preventative maintenance program to identify and address potential issues.
  • Report major repair needs to the Operations Manager and assist in prioritizing tasks.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of related general repair experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 140 pounds with assistance.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, reach, crawl, push, pull, and twist for extended periods.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
