Requirements for the Nurse Residency Program include a current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program. Pay for RNs starts at $30/hour for the first 8 weeks, $31-$41/hour for weeks 9-12, and $33-$43/hour after 90 days. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is also available.
