Position Overview

A $3,000 Hiring Bonus is available for qualified external candidates.

The PACE Operations Team Leader plays a crucial role in supporting the PACE Operations Site Manager by organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the various functions and program activities as assigned by the Chief of Providence ElderPlace Seattle. This position is integral in managing the comprehensive care of PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) participants, focusing on quality, service, utilization, and financial performance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related health field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Driving may be necessary for this role; compliance with state driving laws is required. Proof of driver’s license and auto insurance must be provided upon request.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, including staff supervision and budgeting, with at least one year of experience working with elderly populations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related health field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 1 year of experience in care management, population management, or evidence-based clinical care.
  • Experience in team-building and managing interpersonal conflicts.
