Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Trainee to join our team at 22 Select. As a Business Development Trainee, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their brand exposure by providing unique and creative sales and marketing campaigns.

Your primary responsibilities will include communicating product features and benefits to inquiring customers, analyzing targeted customers through territory and demographic research, and seeking out new sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for working with other Business Development Trainees and the Business Development Manager to ensure all goals for our clients are met.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as tenacity, grit, and a dedication to professionalism. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required, and 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development, Account Management, Sales, and/or Management position is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate product features and benefits to inquiring customers
  • Analyze targeted customers through territory and demographic research
  • Seek out new sales opportunities and employ cross-selling strategies
  • Work with other Business Development Trainees and the Business Development Manager to ensure client goals are met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, and/or Management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Tenacity, grit, and a dedication to professionalism
