Daily Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with potential, current, and former customers to understand their wireless product and service needs
  • Stay up-to-date on promotions and discounts offered by our clients and provide recommendations to customers
  • Maintain accurate sales contracts and customer information in our POS system
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Collaborate with colleagues to track customer engagement trends and campaign data
  • Confidently address customer inquiries and resolve objections
