Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at LegalMatch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through proactive client support and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client performance and business needs to provide proactive support in their success.
- Assist in client requests and any issues that arise.
- Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to needs and objectives.
Requirements:
- Customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
