Job Overview
The Vice President of Villa Operations is tasked with guaranteeing the flawless delivery and ongoing enhancement of the guest experience for our most esteemed clientele.

This role necessitates collaboration across all divisions (Hotel, Casino, Food and Beverage, Retail, and General Administration) to determine the most effective support for the Villa Operations department, ensuring we surpass the expectations of our most selective guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all levels of personnel, including Managers, Supervisors, and front-line staff.
  • Establish and maintain staffing frameworks and rosters.
  • Lead a diverse team effectively, fostering a calm atmosphere during high-pressure situations.
  • Provide support to the Senior Vice President of the Hotel Division and Property Executives.
  • Continuously seek to learn and implement current hospitality trends through ongoing education and training to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage financial planning, forecasting, labor, and payroll for assigned areas.
  • Oversee employee payroll, vacation, and benefits tracking, along with the maintenance of necessary licenses and work cards.
  • Focus on key factors driving employee engagement and guest satisfaction.
  • Regularly consult with management at all levels to provide constructive feedback to enhance the guest experience.
  • Coordinate with management to uphold the highest standards of guest service.
  • Ensure departmental policies and procedures align with company standards while promoting operational efficiency.
  • Manage all hiring practices within the department, demonstrating the ability to interview and select talent that fosters an exceptional service culture.
  • Ensure staff are equipped with the necessary tools to meet guest needs.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with the Villa Operations management team to assess staff satisfaction, address concerns, and communicate new processes.
  • Oversee training, performance evaluations, and overall staff development.
  • Manage all inventory, equipment, administrative supplies, and necessary items within Villa Operations.
  • Effectively address guest issues with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service for guests and staff, ensuring cleanliness and appearance across all areas.
  • Prioritize safety and adhere to departmental and company safety standards, including health code compliance.
  • Embrace company culture and uphold Wynn's policies and procedures.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the resort's features and services, including all outlets, hours of operation, and available activities for guests.
  • Participate in required meetings and training sessions, integrating knowledge into daily practices.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to assist peers, guests, and other departments.
  • Promote a solution-oriented mindset, avoiding conflict and gossip while fostering teamwork.
  • Maintain awareness of the guest experience, engaging with guests through smiles and eye contact.
  • Actively contribute as a member of the Hotel Division management team.
  • Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
