About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at LegalMatch. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in fueling the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present our company to potential clients and identify their needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals
  • Perform outbound calls and emails daily to engage prospective new clients and set appointments with attorneys
  • Conduct online demos to show the caseload in their areas and use strategic thinking and problem-solving skills when talking with attorneys
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or 2 years of Inside Sales Experience
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas and experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) and understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
