Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Director to lead our Regional Operations team in the Western Region. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for directing and managing the sourcing, negotiating, contracting, supply chain management, and purchasing for all needs of our assigned properties in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the procurement process for all regional properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements that meet the needs of our properties.
  • Manage and analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to procurement staff on procurement best practices and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in procurement, with a focus on cost savings and supply chain optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business or related field.
  • Professional certifications in procurement, such as CPM or CPSM.
  • Experience working in the hospitality or gaming industry.
