Technical Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support, escalating Level 3 issues as needed
  • Manage proprietary software changes and introduce new technologies
  • Offer full desktop support, including diagnosing issues, reimaging computers, and password assistance
  • Resolve field computer-related problems
  • Leverage a ticketing system to manage workflow
  • Work with vendors to track service agreements and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • 2 years of Level 1 Help Desk experience
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of Level 1 and 2 Help Desk experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success troubleshooting PC-related problems in a Windows environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of computers, networks, systems, and the Internet
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with vendors
  • Ability to travel locally to corporate and district offices
