Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Level 1 and 2 support, escalating Level 3 issues as needed
- Manage proprietary software changes and introduce new technologies
- Offer full desktop support, including diagnosing issues, reimaging computers, and password assistance
- Resolve field computer-related problems
- Leverage a ticketing system to manage workflow
- Work with vendors to track service agreements and maintain inventory
- 2 years of Level 1 Help Desk experience
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of Level 1 and 2 Help Desk experience preferred
- Demonstrated success troubleshooting PC-related problems in a Windows environment
- Strong technical knowledge of computers, networks, systems, and the Internet
- Experience working with vendors
- Ability to travel locally to corporate and district offices
