Training Support Specialist

Job Summary:
ReeceNichols Real Estate is seeking a skilled Training Administrator to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for monitoring incoming requests, providing detailed assistance, and escalating issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line support to employees and real estate agents via phone and/or email
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to company proprietary technology tools
• Offer guidance and training to agents and employees on company-provided technology tools and resources
• Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation and knowledge base articles
• Foster a positive and collaborative support environment
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of basic computing operations, including smartphones (iOS and Android)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft365 Suite, including Admin Center
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with MLS Systems, Canva, and basic CRM databases preferred
