**Job Summary**

We're looking for a seasoned Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure seamless operations. As a key member of our hotel management team, you'll be responsible for directing and supervising the front desk, concierge, and telecom services to exceed guest expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Direct and supervise the operational activities of the guest services team to ensure high levels of service and quality.
  • Manage room types, training, team relations, communication, cash handling, and day-to-day supervision in partnership with front office leadership.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum two to three years of front office or guest services management experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems (Opera preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and exceeding performance expectations.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
