Job Title: Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Goodwin Recruiting. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front desk and providing exceptional guest service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests
  • Handle guest concerns and feedback, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and optimize room revenue
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proven experience in front desk or hospitality management, ideally in a boutique or luxury hotel
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and other office software
