Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Replace guest amenities and supplies, make beds, and fold sheets to ensure a clean and inviting environment for our guests.
  • Trash Removal: Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items from guest rooms.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances, dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings, and vacuum carpets and other floor care duties.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of recent hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Customer Service: Customer service experience preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a people-oriented demeanor.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. and stand/sit for extended periods of time.
