Job Overview

As a vital member of our hospitality team, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass managing check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Execute check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Follow established protocols for payment processing and cash handling.
  • Prepare and distribute daily operational reports to relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping to resolve any discrepancies in room status.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service; prior experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Proficient in computer systems and operations.
  • Familiarity with local attractions and activities to assist guests.
