SUMMARY:
The Lead Analyst for IT Procurement Systems oversees a dedicated team of Business Analysts, collaborating with stakeholders, business executives, and end users on IT projects and initiatives that enhance enterprise applications and business workflows. This role is crucial in prioritizing tasks for team members, leading team discussions, and guiding the Business Analysts who support key enterprise applications. The focus is primarily on SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and Agiloft, with responsibilities that include monitoring, developing, designing, configuring, and supporting these applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with stakeholders, business leaders, and clients to devise innovative solutions for critical business challenges.
  • Enhance understanding of business processes, identify pain points, and articulate the needs and aspirations of stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently, ensuring high standards of quality and precision.
  • Serve as a bridge between business leaders and IT, effectively communicating priorities and managing functional and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, document, and support solutions within new and existing financial enterprise applications.
  • Independently assess emerging technologies as potential solutions for complex business challenges, recommending options that foster innovation and add business value.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with software and service vendors, engaging them for services as necessary and overseeing their contributions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within business systems.
  • Support, manage, and communicate updates regarding enterprise application upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.
  • Provide training and support to end users for enterprise financial applications.
  • Identify and address gaps in end user application skills and understanding of business processes.
  • Create and maintain training documentation, technical guides, user acceptance testing scripts, and project status reports.
  • Mentor team members, ensuring comprehensive training in all aspects of Corporate IT Business Relationship Management.
  • Encourage team members to take ownership of their professional development and address any performance issues.
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks, tickets, and project work within the Corporate IT Business Relationship Management Procurement team.

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to obtain necessary licenses as required in any jurisdiction where the company operates. The gaming industry is highly regulated, necessitating a thorough background check for licensing.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with SAP Ariba Procure to Pay solutions.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate discussions across all business levels.
  • Proven track record in implementing enterprise applications.
  • Capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Support for a 24/7 information systems environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in Lean methodologies, process mapping, and value mapping is advantageous.
  • Must meet age requirements for licensing.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
