About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance/Planning team at Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in executing financial strategies, policies, and processes to meet the business goals and objectives defined by our executive management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support, dashboard reports, business solutions, and special program development as requested.
  • Analyze distributor reports for accuracy and completeness of data, audit data on a periodic basis, and present findings to the Finance Director.
  • Monitor and maintain timely updates of period activity, draft check requests for distributor payments, and deliver insightful and timely financial forecasts and analytics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other financial documents as needed.
  • Build relationships and work closely with Procurement, Accounting, and other functional teams to enable best-in-class support of assigned deliverables.
  • Manage all necessary communication with distributors regarding data requests and discrepancies found during audits.
  • Provide robust, thoughtful analyses to the RSCS Finance team, RSCS leadership, and other RSCS functional areas as requested.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of increasing responsibility in the Finance/Accounting field.
  • Critical thinking, results-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform analysis of business information and identify trends.
  • Self-motivated, able to deal with change, and demonstrate a proficiency for collaboration, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Work independently and within a team.
  • Fast learner with a can-do attitude and a calm professional demeanor.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple concurrent tasks at the same time.
  • Ability to communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Advance Excel skills, Access, and PowerPoint a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP system is highly preferred.
