Requirements

  • Knowledge of the CNC Industry: Familiarity with the CNC industry is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Strong Coaching and Mentoring Skills: Ability to lead and encourage a team of technical sales professionals to elevated performance.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and focus.
