The Director of Business Development will play a crucial role in supporting ReLogic's strategic initiatives aligned with national defense priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and qualification, spearhead capture efforts, and organize business development reviews in collaboration with Corporate Leadership.
- Assist in proposal evaluations, lead solution development, support pricing strategies, and collaborate with Technical Subject Matter Experts to formulate technical content and strategies.
- Drive the development of winning themes, maintain a comprehensive capture plan, and provide updates on capture status during gate reviews.
- Contribute to and/or lead various corporate or Business Unit campaigns focused on strategic pursuits and support the expansion of our strategic objectives.
- Engage with team members to identify and document unfunded customer requests and organic business development prospects.
- Report directly to executive leadership on a weekly basis regarding opportunities, both in written and verbal formats.
- Facilitate pursuit planning and ensure accurate tracking of opportunities within the pipeline.
Qualifications & Skills
- Possession of an active Secret security clearance or the capability to obtain and maintain such clearance.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Federal Government Contracting sector.
- Exceptional research and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in leading growth initiatives within an organization.
- Ability to cultivate positive relationships across industry and government partners.
This is a full-time salaried position with comprehensive benefits. An estimated 10% travel may be required.
