In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for developing and executing transformative business development (BD) and partnership programs that drive significant revenue growth for Outbrain.

About the Opportunity

As a key member of our BD team, you will work closely with senior management to create and manage unique partnership opportunities that have a long-term impact on our business. You will be responsible for building strong internal relationships with leaders and peers across various functions to identify and evaluate potential partnerships.

Your primary focus will be on leading cross-functional teams to negotiate and implement strategic partnerships in areas such as commerce, retail, and data that accelerate Outbrain's growth. You will also develop and grow existing partnerships, ensuring their continued success and alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute transformative BD and partnership programs that drive significant revenue growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and implement strategic partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships with leaders and peers across various functions
  • Develop and grow existing partnerships to ensure their continued success and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior management to create and manage unique partnership opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably in the media and advertising ecosystem
  • Proven track record of structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally
