We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Lead to join our team at Nivoda Ltd. As a Strategic Growth Lead, you will play a key role in driving business growth and operational efficiency by developing and executing strategies that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency
- Craft compelling financial cases to evaluate the viability and potential impact of strategic initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as finance, sales, marketing, and technology to drive alignment and achieve business goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a similar discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a strategy or operations role, preferably within a start-up or hyper-growth environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
