Position Overview:
The Senior Customer Engagement Architect is a pivotal role focused on developing and implementing strategic initiatives that foster long-term customer relationships and drive business success. This position demands a blend of innovative thinking, analytical prowess, and the ability to enhance customer loyalty and advocacy across various touchpoints. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of collaborating across departments to formulate and execute strategies that boost growth and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategic customer engagement plans that align with the organization’s core mission and objectives, focusing on profitability and operational excellence.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Work closely with sales, service, and operational teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance targets that support strategic goals.
  • Lead the creation and execution of global sales strategies to optimize revenue and expand market presence.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience, including the development of feedback mechanisms and service quality improvements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs through technology and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to proactively adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver regular updates to leadership on sales initiatives and strategic progress.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in customer engagement or related areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of motivating teams towards common objectives.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on results and business growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales, service, or operations is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the electronic component distribution sector.
Physical Requirements:
  • Work primarily in an office environment, with a moderate noise level.
  • Spend the majority of the workday at a workstation using computer devices.
