Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
    • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and campaign reports.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that align with clients' needs and objectives.
    • Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
