We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee and manage waste processing activities across our designated region. A Typical Day for a Regional Operations Manager at GFL:

Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Must possess experience in the Environmental Waste or Transportation sectors.
  • Educational Qualifications: A college diploma or degree in business or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Operational Expertise: At least 3 years in an Operational Management position, with a strong understanding of waste vehicle operations.
  • Regulatory Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of the Highway Traffic Act and relevant Safety regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to drive profitable P&L performance while effectively nurturing and developing teams.
