Key Responsibilities

  • Research escalated calls and make informed decisions regarding case disposition.
  • Review calls monitored by quality control to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze statistical data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement performance plans to enhance CSR performance.
  • Monitor and review overall CSR performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Update performance files with data pertaining to direct reports' performance.
  • Assist direct reports in the usage of tools and software.
  • Field escalated calls and provide support to supervisors and CSRs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as an Eligibility Specialist supporting the Indiana Eligibility program.
  • Ability to work onsite in Indianapolis, IN.
