To succeed in this role, you must be a critical team member in the continuing growth of Sage Intacct, the market leader in On-Demand Financial Management solutions. This is a hybrid role in the office twice a week in Atlanta, Austin, Beaverton, or San Jose.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer Renewals, emphasizing maximizing revenues based on expected targets.
* Understand Sage Intacct's solution offerings and professional services offerings, be able to articulate their features and benefits using value-based selling methodology, and provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
* Maintain knowledge of current products and pricing appropriate to closing sales.
* Perform routine Health Checks to track and manage the health of each customer.
* Marshal internal resources, such as Customer Account Executives, Client Services, Engineering, Technical Support, Finance, and business partner consultants, to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that map the customer's needs.
### Requirements
* 3+ years of business experience.
Preferred: 3+ years experience selling technology solutions, application software, or other financial, business, CRM, or ERP solutions.
