Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our book of business covering Condominium and HOA insurance bundles. This team is known for their unparalleled customer service, and we are looking for a professional who can utilize their insurance industry knowledge and bring their skills to this busy group.
Responsibilities- Support the Principal Producer with projects.
- Prepare certificates for clients.
- Process endorsements for clients.
- Process renewals and prepare proposals.
- Communicate with underwriters on renewals, applications, and new business submissions.
- Communicate with clients on coverage and policy information.
- Other projects/tasks as assigned.
- Current Oregon Property & Casualty License.
- 3+ years of recent Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
- Independent insurance brokerage experience.
- AMS 360 experience.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task clients' needs.
- Accurate typing/data entry skills.
Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM). Competitive salary with employer-sponsored benefits package. $55,000 - $65,000+ Annually based on experience level.
