Corporate Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Account Manager to join our team at Sage LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our customers' relationships and providing exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize revenue by selling add-on modules and executing renewals for Sage Intacct's loyal customer base.
- Understand Sage Intacct's solution offerings and professional services offerings, and provide solutions based on customer needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current products and pricing to close sales.
- Perform routine Health Checks to track and manage customer health.
- Marshal internal resources to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of business experience.
- Strong sales acumen and consultative skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational skills and computer competency.
