Job Title: Mid-Market Account Executive

At Ziply Fiber, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling telecommunications and network connectivity services to business customers in the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell advanced data services such as MPLS, VPN, VOIP, SIP Trunking, Cloud-based PBX, and dedicated internet access to mid-market customers.
  • Prospect, cold call, and sell our fiber optic telecom products to new logos and develop solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Build and maintain a consistent sales funnel and pipeline, utilizing Salesforce CRM and other applications.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing, to achieve high levels of sales achievement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years' experience hunting, developing sales, and closing deals.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Experience in a long-term sales cycle environment (90+ days).
  • Experience selling into a variety of industries and territories, as well as cultivating new business.
  • Passionate about and thrive in a culture of learning and teaching, with a willingness to constantly improve and share knowledge to empower others.
  • Capacity to work on cross-functional projects and teams, leveraging internal resources to problem-solve.
  • Proficient in or willingness to learn.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as needed.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
