At Frontier, Inc., we're seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Account Executive - Small and Medium Business Direct Sales to join our team. As a key player in our sales and relationship management team, you'll be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through door-to-door sales and follow-up with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your go-getter mindset and proven ability to analyze client needs and create tailored sales proposals to build a pipeline and meet monthly sales quotas.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and partner with pre- and post-sales teams to strengthen customer relationships, deliver solutions, and drive revenue growth.
  • Gain expertise in our suite of tech offerings, including Fiber Optic, Small Business Voice Solutions, WiFi, Internet Backup, Static IP, Security, and Premium Tech Support.
  • Strategically develop and manage a sales pipeline to acquire new customers and consistently achieve monthly sales objectives while contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of business experience with a successful track record of STRONG prospecting and business development experience.
  • A valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle, including during inclement weather.
  • Strong English language comprehension (spoken and written).
