About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and staff support services to a manager in our organizational unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying basic skills and procedures, assisting in budget preparation and control activities, and preparing and controlling records, statistics, and reports regarding operations and personnel changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply basic skills and procedures
  • Assist in budget preparation and control activities
  • Prepare and control records, statistics, and reports regarding operations and personnel changes
  • Administer programs, projects, and processes to the operating unit served
  • Serve as an administrative liaison within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations
  • Orient new employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • One to three (1-3) years of administrative experience required
  • Experience and skill with Google Suite
  • Personal time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment
  • Must pass pre-employment background screen
