Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage employee relations documentation, including promotions, transfers, and contract renewals, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Monitor and track employee service requests, ensuring timely implementation of decisions related to various HR matters.
  • Facilitate effective onboarding processes for new hires, including HRMS login creation and system training.
  • Maintain and update the HR Management System (HRMS) to ensure its effective use.
  • Draft disciplinary communications and manage grievance procedures in line with company policies.
  • Review staff action forms to ensure compliance with company regulations and employment agreements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of end-of-service details for employees.
  • Maintain organized employee files and facilitate their retrieval as needed.
  • Provide training on ERP-Timesheet systems to new employees and manage documentation for end users.
  • Support HR system operations, including payroll interfaces and time management systems.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and technical staff to resolve HR system issues.
  • Provide support in the country of operations during HR personnel absences.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 1 year focused on Employee Relations management.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
