Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of extensive discovery, including propounding and responding to requests.
  • Draft and finalize various motions, oppositions, and replies to ensure timely and effective communication with the court and opposing parties.
  • Prepare and organize pleadings, declarations, and exhibit lists to support our litigation efforts.
  • Manage calendaring and noticing for depositions and other hearings to ensure seamless coordination with our trial team.
  • Set up and coordinate CourtCall and appearance attorneys to ensure timely and effective communication with the court.
  • Organize and maintain documents for filing to ensure compliance with court requirements.
  • Draft and finalize correspondence to ensure clear and effective communication with clients, opposing parties, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in special projects as needed to support the litigation team's efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of personal injury law, including both pre-litigation and litigation phases.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of personal injury law and litigation procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the trial team and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
