About the Role
As a Senior Electrical Engineering Lead at Solvenow Inc., you will be responsible for developing comprehensive plans and specifications, conducting analyses, and generating reports on tasks related to the design and construction of new facilities, as well as the operation and maintenance of existing infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve:

  • Resolving complex equipment and operational challenges, which may include conducting field investigations or inspections, performing design work, and ensuring thorough checks of design computations completed by others.
  • Creating and updating engineering standards, policies, and guidelines while ensuring compliance with these protocols.
  • Communicating effectively with regulatory bodies and government agencies.
  • Providing mentorship to less experienced team members and directing the technical complexities of projects.
  • Leading assignments by planning, prioritizing, and conducting project management activities.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including the public, developers, and landowners, regarding zoning, subdivision projects, and engineering regulations.
  • Delivering technical presentations to various audiences, including elected officials and appointed boards.
  • Overseeing budgets, schedules, and resources for small to medium-sized projects, while reviewing proposed changes to engineering standards.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant engineering experience, including at least 4 years as an Engineer.
  • A valid State Driver's License.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) designation is preferred.

Working Conditions
This role may require travel and could involve non-standard work schedules. You may be exposed to extreme conditions and inclement weather, and may need to work at heights or in confined spaces.
