Position Overview
As a Senior Electrical Engineer at Solvenow Inc., you will play a pivotal role in the execution of cutting-edge generation projects. Your primary focus will be to ensure the seamless integration of technical specifications and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical authority for New Generation Projects, acting as the main liaison with Owners Engineers to review and enhance project documentation.
  • Provide guidance and insights to project managers on intricate technical matters, ensuring clarity and understanding of potential impacts.
  • Enforce compliance with design engineering standards, ensuring operability, maintainability, and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist contractors and construction teams in accessing existing documentation to facilitate design and installation processes.
  • Conduct engineering inspections of new equipment and contractor-installed systems to verify adherence to specifications and industry standards.
  • Participate in system evaluations and the generation of punch lists to address any discrepancies.
  • Develop comprehensive plans and specifications, perform analyses, and generate reports related to the design and construction of new facilities.
  • Engage in troubleshooting and resolution of operational challenges, which may involve field investigations and detailed design reviews.

Essential Functions
  • Deliver extensive guidance and training to enhance designs, systems, and processes.
  • Prioritize effectively and manage conflicts to identify solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Influence engineering and design practices to optimize project outcomes, ensuring adherence to the latest operational procedures.
  • Establish and update engineering standards and policies, ensuring compliance across all projects.
  • Act as a mentor for less experienced team members, guiding them through complex technical challenges.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources for various initiatives.

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in an engineering capacity. A valid state driver's license is required.

Working Conditions
This position may involve travel and non-standard work hours. Candidates should be prepared to work in various environmental conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
