Job Title: Program Manager

Community Residences is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential programs, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of service for clients, including developing and implementing individual programs, tracking and reporting data, and generating reports that meet agency and state regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support to clients.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, including ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including client files, staff evaluations, and program data.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with agency and state regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or education.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a human services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to client rights, confidentiality, and safety.
