Superior Fence & Rail of San Jose is a leading provider in the fencing industry, collaborating with various home improvement retailers, builders, and contractors for installation services.
The ideal candidate will embrace Superior Fence & Rail's structured sales methodology, completing necessary training to effectively present and promote our product offerings. This role involves actively seeking new clientele through networking, referrals, and diligent follow-up, while maintaining a robust schedule of appointments to achieve or surpass sales targets.
This position operates on a commission-only basis, with earnings directly linked to individual performance. Typical annual income ranges from $60,000 to $100,000. A vehicle and phone will be provided shortly after the training phase. Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or related fields is highly advantageous. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, are preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Develop in-depth knowledge of products, technical specifications, and industry standards.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Create and maintain product reference materials for customer use.
- Plan and prioritize sales calls and appointments effectively.
- Formulate and execute a marketing strategy to boost sales and revenue.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to arrange meetings.
- Collaborate with installation teams to understand and fulfill client requirements.
- Demonstrate products to potential customers.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and data entries for sales tracking and client management.
- Engage with clients and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
