Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate effective appointment-setting abilities to meet weekly targets with decision-makers.
- Employ professional selling techniques to uncover client needs.
- Communicate Staples' value propositions, capabilities, and product offerings across all categories.
- Overcome objections and successfully close sales.
- Utilize designated sales tools to prioritize tasks and document customer interactions (e.g., Priority List, Tenfold, SFDC).
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and category specialists, to advance deals towards closure.
- Implement and manage new accounts and programs to ensure compliance.
- Understand the purchasing processes of various industries to assist in product selection and standardization.
- Generate over $750K in annual revenue.
- Establish long-term client relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Incorporate feedback from prospects to refine sales strategies.
- Manage new customer assortments and pricing effectively.
- Communicate professionally with prospects daily, both in-person and virtually.

Qualifications:
- Basic: 1-3 years of successful sales experience or prior success as a Staples B2B Sales Associate.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Industry knowledge is a plus.
