About the Role

Renew Smiles is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Treatment Coordinator to join its rapidly growing sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in educating prospective patients about our cutting-edge dental implant solution and its associated benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow our proven sales consultation process to assist prospective patients with the decision-making process.
  • Manage follow-up process with prospective patients who may not be ready to start treatment on the day of consultation.
  • Complete necessary system documentation for each prospective patient consultation.
  • Present available financing options to prospective patients.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent sales skills (B2C experience required).
  • Strong communication, relationship building, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Professional self-starter with a drive and initiative to succeed.
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred, but not required).
What We Offer
  • A competitive annual base salary of $60,000-$70,000.
  • A four-day work week (Monday-Thursday from 8:00am - 5:00pm), with occasional overtime and Fridays as needed.
  • A fully paid training program.
