About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the banquet food preparation staff and managing all food-related catering functions. This includes coordinating menus, purchasing, scheduling, food preparation, and plating for catering events. The individual must deliver a consistent, high-quality product with an appetizing presentation while continually improving guest and employee satisfaction within the operating budget.

Apart from maintaining sanitation and food standards, the Executive Banquet Culinary Director will oversee the development and implementation of new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products in the culinary department. This role involves estimating daily banquet event order production needs, following proper handling and storage of all food products, and ensuring compliance with Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures.

This senior-level position demands excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead shifts, supervise employees, and manage day-to-day operations effectively. The ideal candidate will be accountable for achieving or exceeding budgeted goals, delivering services that exceed customer expectations, and fostering a positive work environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $103,000 annually, along with a bonus program, comprehensive health care benefits, 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, and other perks as outlined below.
