Serve as Culinary Authority
Job SummaryThis is a great opportunity to lead a talented team of professionals in creating memorable events. As a Chef Manager, you will be responsible for the success of both the culinary and food service operation.
You will process Off-Premise Catering Menus, plan, direct, control, and execute a wide variety of custom catering events. Each event must be managed to the aesthetic and economic satisfaction of separate and independent clients, in a fluid and dynamic working environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sustainability and be knowledgeable about P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience. They should also be proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing, and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products.
Key Responsibilities
- Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable

Benefits
