• Greet every customer promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Acknowledge customers waiting for assistance and provide updates on service timelines.
• Schedule service appointments using approved dealership protocols.
• Engage with customers to accurately identify the nature of mechanical issues, listening attentively to their concerns.
• Obtain customer consent before initiating repairs, discussing cost estimates and expected completion times.
• Collect necessary customer and vehicle information, ensuring secure payment methods.
• Conduct test drives with customers when clarification on vehicle issues is needed.
• Inspect vehicles for necessary bodywork and communicate findings to customers.
• Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and the importance of adhering to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure all Repair Orders are meticulously accounted for.
Qualifications• Exceptional communication skills are essential.
• A valid driver's license is required, along with a safe driving record.
• Must demonstrate teamwork, honesty, and integrity.
• Maintain a high standard of professional appearance and conduct.
