Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Redeem annual sales quota in new PDS role (New Project Development) and obtain gross revenue at desired gross profit margins.
- Client Engagement: Schedule, deliver, and present all (EMA) Electrical Maintenance Analysis reports and findings to maintenance clients.
- Electrical Services: Sell electrical repair work documented in the EMA report at desired gross profit margin using SST required EMA Repair Proposal.
- Project Management: Attend all jobs, PDS on-site start-up meetings, and proactively sell additional electrical service capabilities to maintenance clients and prospects.
- Client Retention: Retain both maintenance and PDS clients using a scheduled 6-9 month recommended walk-through service visit.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively prospect for new PDS Sales clients and opportunities through a series of prospecting methods such as cold calling, networking, and following up on internal and external leads and referrals.
- Collaboration: Develop a synergistic level of support with the Electrical Services Consultant, acting as a technical liaison.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of electrical experience in any of the following areas: Service/Construction Electrician, Electrical Engineer, Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Service Manager, or Electrical Estimator.
- Estimating Experience: Estimating experience preferred (aptitude to learn and or be trained).
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience preferred but not required (aptitude to learn and or be trained).
- Customer Service: Customer service-oriented.
- Communication Skills: Outgoing personality with strong verbal communication skills.
- Consultative and High-Energy: Consultative, high-energy, and competitive.
- Fixed Salary: Fixed salary (avg. salary will vary based on local market conditions).
- Incentive and Bonus: Incentive and bonus-driven (3% incentive paid on gross profit with opportunity to earn 10% premium incentive).
- Income Potential: Overall income potential is unlimited.
- Benefits: Automobile compensation, sales expenses reimbursed, annual company-paid training, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k match, life insurance and AD&D, supplemental insurances, and generous paid time off.
