Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Caring for Clients:
    • Create a safe and welcoming space for clients to navigate through our modern experience
    • Guide clients through check-in and retail check-out processes
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client receives an extraordinary experience
    • Offer product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions to clients
    • Follow up with clients to assist with appointment booking, rebooking, and answering questions
  • Caring for Our Team:
    • Provide feedback to management on progress and challenges, paired with suggestions for improvement
    • Collaborate with estheticians on opportunities to enhance the client experience
    • Assist management with daily studio tasks and projects
    • Maintain front-of-studio retail inventory and operating supplies
    • Enhance and uphold standards, policies, and procedures through various means of communication
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of hospitality experience with a proven track record of superior customer service
  • A strong understanding of retail operations, policies, and procedures
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask within a fast-paced environment
  • A forward-thinking problem-solving approach with a strong work ethic
  • A passion for beauty, skincare, learning, and trying new things every day
  • The flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, holidays, and some early morning/midday/late evening weekday availability
