Position Title: Sales Executive - Territory Sales Specialist
As the leading provider of charitable and social gaming solutions, Arrow International, Inc. offers a diverse range of products, including consumables and electronic gaming equipment, utilized in various social environments. With our rapid growth, we are looking to expand our Sales team in Richmond, Virginia, to enhance customer support and develop new commercial relationships.
Role Summary
The Sales Executive (SE) will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging customer prospects within the designated territory, establishing and closing commercial sales. The SE will effectively market and represent Arrow's products and services to meet revenue targets and expectations. The primary goal is to generate new leads, nurture those leads, and convert prospects into profitable business opportunities for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize independent judgment to establish and maintain relationships with customers, identifying the best products to meet their needs and successfully closing sales.
- Develop a strategic sales program aimed at increasing revenue while maintaining margins aligned with Arrow International's short- and long-term objectives.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities for pursuit.
- Conduct outreach to potential customers, aiming to connect with key decision-makers to gather insights and present Arrow's offerings.
- Build and nurture customer relationships through personal meetings and virtual communications to assess property needs and propose optimal solutions.
- Establish trust and meet customer expectations consistently.
- Formulate and achieve sales strategies and goals for profitable growth.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and regulatory requirements relevant to the business and customers.
- Adhere to all legal obligations as an employer within the assigned territory, promptly addressing any identified deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate reporting and tracking of sales performance using designated tools and systems.
- Provide regular forecasts and updates on sales opportunities and progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on sales, marketing, or equivalent proven experience in field sales.
- 1 to 3 years of successful sales experience, with a track record of closing deals.
- Experience in the Gaming or Consumer Electronics industry is preferred, though solid sales experience in other sectors is also valuable.
- Must possess a valid driving record.
- Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Strong presentation abilities and the capacity to analyze situations effectively.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exhibits a friendly demeanor and an authentic approach to building professional relationships.
- Strong listening skills and a natural curiosity to understand customer needs.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- The selected candidate will have the opportunity to earn a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and performance-based incentives, along with reimbursement for business travel.
