About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Solution Executive to join our Amazon Business Healthcare team. As a key member of our commercial and healthcare solutions team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in the healthcare industry.

As a Principal Solution Executive, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and other decision-makers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritizing and engaging with large organizations to launch Amazon Business's Outsourced E-Commerce Solution
  • Advancing prospects through the discovery phase of supply selection, tech, service, and fulfillment requirements
  • Coordinating with Amazon teams to support deal requirements and launch realities
  • Leading contract negotiations and execution
  • Supporting customers and internal teams with launch readiness and staying engaged until the customer is confidently managed by an Account Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in complex sales and business development. You will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to communicate effectively with C-suite executives and other stakeholders.

Basic qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of complex sales or business development growth ownership
  • 5+ years of experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record
  • BA/BS degree or 15 years equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-Suite customer executives
  • Experience communicating and presenting to C-Suite and senior leadership internally
  • Experience managing and orchestrating account team resources on behalf of the customer
  • Track record of consistent and sustained business and sales performance in complex enterprise sales

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,400/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
